Alepous rock!

7.16.2006  Well the time has come to start caring for the website again.  We are past the exam period at least for a little while.

I want to say congratulations to the graduating class from MetroHealth Medical Center Anesthesiology Department.  I will miss you guys.  Have fun at your new jobs.

May 2006.  Hi everyone.  I know that I have not been working on the website for a few months, but I am waiting for my board exam before I start it back up.  So hang in there and I will be back up and running before you know it.  I did want to say "Hi" though and let you know we are thinking of you.

2.14.06  Today is two holidays.  Valentines day is a time to remember the love of your life and tell her that you are thinking of her.  For instance... "I love you Alepou".

The other thing today is noted for is Dimetra's Birthday.  Pola Xronia!

2.2.06  Here is your chance to take a rare opportunity and look into the inner workings of the Grecian legal system.  You can see one of the great lawyers of our time!  Keep up the great work, Kat!

2.1.06  Five beautiful years with the best wife ever!  Agni and I are celebrating our fifth Wedding Aniversary today.

1.18.06  Happy New Year everyone!  I have been away lately and of course busy at the hospital.  This is a great month so mark you calendar.  You only have one more day to remember and mark the occassion.  January 12, 14 and 21 is Agni's Name Day.  So don't forget to call her and remind her that she is super and needs to have more holidays!

12.25.05  Merry Christmas!  The Savior is born!

Katerina has finished her office and is now the premier lawyer in Greece!  If you need to have any law advice, give her a call.  Good luck!

10.8.05  Today was the day that Karl IV had his first hair cut.  Check out some photos of the grand event in the picture page.  He had a fun time getting his hair styled like a movie star.

9.30.05  Today was the MetroHealth Medical Center Research Symposium.  I submitted an abstract and poster and was one of the finalists in the poster competition.  It was pretty fun and there were a lot of good projects on display.  The poster will be posted on www.metrohealthanesthesia.com

9.23-25.05.  This was the weekend of the Ohio Society of Anesthesia anual meeting.  There was an encouraging turn-out by the residents of MetroHealth Medical Center.  Four of us presented posters at the resident poster competition.  Congratulations to all who participated.  The conference was a lot of fun and there was a pretty good representation of many of Ohio's anesthesiologists.  The conference was hosted at a nice resort in Huron Ohio that is near Sandusky.  Too bad I did not bring my golf clubs.

9.3.2005.  We have recently been exploring at the Cleveland Zoo!  This is a pretty nice zoo and really close to us.  There are some pictures in the picture page.  Our zoo (I can say "our" because my family is a member of the zoo) has a lot of events that cater to children (and adults) throughout the year.  Karl IV likes to wander the grounds and he is learning all the animal sounds so he can speak to them in their own language.  Check out the zoo's website just click on the logo.

8-4-05.  The greek festival for Sts. Helen and Constantine Church is this month.  This is a fun festival with lots of good food.  Don't miss it!

Lance Armstrong did it!!!  He is truely the most gifted cyclist in the world.  Seven times in a row.  WOW!  Check out www.lancearmstrong.com.  This has a lot of fun info about our hero.  This link will get you to the team site and his other sites.  The pace line and the LA foundation.  I wonder what he is doing today now that he did not have to get on his bike?

The Greek festival at St. Paul's is coming in two weeks.  Get ready to do some serious eating.  It is the weekend of July 22.  Party, Party, Party!

Two hundred twenty nine years ago a group of men gathered and declared an independant nation.  That pledge has been hard to keep over the years but worth every sacrifice.  Today we remember, not only how lucky we are to live in such a magnificent nation, but also the great sacrifice of the men and women who made it possible.  July 4, 2005.

Agni only has days left as an intern!  It has been a long year for the whole family, but especially her.  We are so proud of her and happy that she has made it through the other side.  She will be an R2 on July 1, 2005!

Deo and Kat are back in Greece now.  We had a great time while they were here and can not wait to see them again!

May 22, 2005.  A great day in Wagner history.  Karl IV was baptized at Sts. Constantine and Helen Church by Father Stephen.  Rik and Deo are now his God parents and we are all very proud.  Keep a look out for pictures.  It will take me a little while to get them up. I am still working on the Hilton Head expedition photos.

Deo and Kat made it here today safely.  Now the fun can begin!

Congratulations Hannah Mary Axce on being born today.  We are all excited for your arrival!  5/13/05

Agni and Karl and I just came back from a great trip to Hilton Head Island.  Keep a sharp look out for pictures coming soon.

We are going to be having some visitors soon!!!  Deo and Kat are going to be here at the end of the week.  Let the good times roll.

Benedict XVI!  May God watch over him and guide him.

We thank the Lord for giving us a great man like Pope John Paul II for leading us in His way.  I am sure that the Pope is in a better place now with his Savior.  Amen.

The March Madness ended with UNC in the winners circle and Duke way far out.

Snow, Snow, Snow!  We hit the record with 105.5 inches.  That was sure a lot of the white stuff we had to shovel.

I have to say thanks to Ken, our friend who clearly know's more about Guinness (and spelling) than I do.  It is hard to spell the big words when you have too much Jameson's in your glass.  Cheers mate!

The snow record is not looking good. It was in the 60's today.  We are expecting some white stuff this weekend but not too much I hope.

Cleveland is aproaching a record snow fall.  We only need a few more inches to make >100 inches wow!  Keep warm.

March Madness is upon us!  Cheer your favorite team on to victory and raise a glass of Guinness this week too!

Looking forward to a visit from Deo and Kat in a few months!

2/22/05  Congratulations Randy and Michelle Gilmer for the birth of their second son Jeremiah Benjamin!  Welcome to the family.
